Identity and contact details, demographics, registration and visit records, clinical notes and examinations, investigations, allergies, prescriptions and dispensing records, billing and payment details, panel or insurance information, consent records, and security or audit metadata.

Why it is used

Patient registration, care delivery and continuity, clinical record keeping, prescriptions and dispensing, billing and claims, lawful reporting, service security, audit, backup, and recovery.

Who may access it

Authorized clinic staff and authorized CliniqueXai operators acting for the clinic. Configured hosting, database, backup, and communications providers may process data only as needed to provide their services. Paperclip is disabled for the restricted clinical pilot.

Retention and your choices

The clinic controls retention and handles requests to access or correct information, and requests to withdraw consent where applicable. Withdrawal may affect services that require the information for care, records, billing, or legal obligations.

Security

CliniqueXai uses clinic-scoped access, role restrictions, signed sessions, audit records, request limits, and secure transport settings in production. No system can guarantee absolute security.
